Job summary

Scandinavian Designs is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers and inspire with beautiful furniture and home décor in our Lynnwood showroom. You will provide consultative service, process sales, coordinate deliveries, and support after-sale help while building product knowledge through training.

The role offers an hourly wage with uncapped commissions, full-time hours, health benefits, a 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts in a family-oriented environment with regular schedules.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Position: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Training Wage: $17.13/hr - $18/hr for three months! Paid Bi-weekly!

Post Training Wage: Continuous base pay of $17.13/hr PLUS uncapped commission on personal sales and special orders!
