Job summary

Scandinavian Designs and Dania Furniture are seeking a Sales Associate to join our expanding team. You will deliver exceptional customer service with a consultative approach and drive sales in a vibrant showroom environment.

In this full-time role, you will process transactions, coordinate deliveries, and support after-sale service while maintaining an inviting store atmosphere. Training will help you become product experts and grow with our family-owned company.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach.
• Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment.
• Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom.

Job Type

Full-time - Hourly/Non-Exempt

Training wage

$16.50 /hr - $18.00 / hr for three months! Paid bi-weekly!

Post Training Rate

Continuous base pay of $14.00 PLUS commission!
