Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Brandon, FL showroom. This non-exempt, hourly role offers a training wage of $16.50–$18.00 per hour for three months, followed by a base pay of $15.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach.

• Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom.
• Become an expert in our products and services through a 3-month training.

What You'll Be Doing

Who You Are:

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Training Wage: $16.50/hr - $18/hr for three months! Paid Bi-weekly!

Post Training Wage: Continuous base pay of $15.00/hr PLUS uncapped commission!
