Job Overview

Full‑time Retail Sales position at Kroger 376 in Maineville, OH 45039. Immediate hire with first sale bonus and paid training. On behalf of our client, NRG, we are looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to promote NRG electricity and gas products. The role involves engaging local customers, exploring their energy needs, and helping them reduce costs through tailored solutions.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Work within your local retailer to engage with consumers about NRG electricity and gas.
• Educate customers on available energy services and help them select suitable options.
• Uncover consumer desires and overcome objections to close sales.
• Build professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Welcome customers courteously and offer solutions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable workstation/kiosk.
• Accurately document sales and submit all required paperwork.

Performance Measurements

Regular and prompt attendance; meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas. Customer/client satisfaction measured by complaint rates and rejection percentages. Responsible for tracking and reporting all activity to Retail Operations.

Qualifications

• High‑school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.

Benefits & Compensation

Average sales representatives earn between $800 and $1,000 weekly with an uncapped commission structure.
