Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate – Immediate hire at Kroger 960 – Dayton, OH. Join NRG Energy team as an EnergyPro, engaging local customers to promote electricity and gas services in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Work within your local retailer to engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas.
• Help customers lower their energy costs.
• Uncover consumer desires and overcome objections.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and fellow employees.
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions.
• Collaborate with your team to accomplish goals and celebrate success.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products that fit.
• Advise customers by providing information on services.
• Build customer confidence to help them make selections.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• No door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing.
