Overview

Full‑Time Retail Sales – Immediate Hire – First Sale Bonus – Paid Training. On behalf of our client, NRG, we are seeking Retail Sales Associates with enthusiastic personalities to join our team of Energy Pros. Promote essential services, engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas, and help customers lower their energy costs. As an Energy Pro, you will uncover consumer desires, overcome objections, foster professional relationships with customers and colleagues, welcome customers, and collaborate with your team to achieve goals. No door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing.

Responsibilities

• Work within your local retailer.
• Engage with consumers about NRG electricity and gas.
• Help customers in your community by lowering their energy costs.
• Uncover consumer desires and overcome objections.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Welcome customers and offer solutions.
• Collaborate with your team to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable workstation/kiosk at all times.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Provide courteous welcome and assistance to customers.
• Escort customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs.
• Build customer confidence during the selection process.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
