Location: North Highway 97 Bend, OR

Job Type: Full time - Non-Exempt/Hourly

Training Rate: $18 - $22 / hr during training.

Post Training Rate: You will receive continuous base pay PLUS personal commissions with NO CAP on commissions.

As Sales Manager, you will also receive a commission on overall store sales. Great potential income for the right customer service, sales experienced candidate.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success.
• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards.
• Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes.
• Bring energy and excitement to training sessions and team meetings.
