What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success.
• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously.
• Train, coach, and develop new sales associates.
• Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards.
• Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes.
• Bring energy and excitement to training sessions and team meetings.
• Generate sales growth and customer satisfaction through inspired leadership of the sales team.
• Lead with a “we” versus “me” mindset and be an expert listener.
• Set an optimistic mood on the sales floor, always finding ways to motivate the team and develop their skills as sales professionals.

Job Type:

Full time - Non-Exempt/Hourly

Post Training Rate:

Continuous hourly base plus percentage of Store Sales plus personal commissions. Uncapped personal commissions.
