Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Neighborhood Grocery Sales Analyst to join the Sales Analytics team. You will collaborate with Customer Account Managers to drive market share for Nestlé’s brands and provide data-driven insights.

Location options include Arlington or Solon; strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills, plus experience with syndicated data, are valued. This role offers incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

18 months+ experience in retail sales or related sales environment with a focus on sales reporting and analytics.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (Xlookups, pivots).
Intermediate skill in AI tools and applications with AI in analytics.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities.
Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present complex information clearly.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comprehensive understanding of 4P sales fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate actionable insights that support current business needs and drive brand and category performance.
Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, Sell out) and other data resources.
Maintain category expertise and understanding of the broader business landscape.
Use data visualization and storytelling to support sales presentations.
Build and maintain 4P reporting and tools for Nestlé’s customer account teams.
Pull data for ad hoc analysis from diverse sources.
