Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Neighborhood Grocery Sales Analyst to support the sales team with data, insights, and reporting. You will collaborate with Customer Account Managers to meet our objectives and drive market share for Nestlé brands across multiple retail channels.

The role can be located in Arlington, Solon, or other Nestlé field sales offices. You will analyze data, generate actionable insights, build compelling presentations, and maintain 4P reporting and tools to support day-to-day

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment with a focus on sales reporting and analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Intermediate/advanced skills in Excel (Xlookups, pivots, etc.)
• Intermediate skill in AI (Copilot, Claude, etc.) and applications with AI in analytics
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comprehensive understanding of 4P sales fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate actionable insights that support current business needs, inform strategic decisions, and drive profitable brand and category performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations and identify opportunities through syndicated data and other data resources.
• Exhibit category expertise by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the category and broader business landscape.
• Utilize data visualization and effective storytelling to help build sales presentations.
• Build & maintain 4P reporting & tools essential to Nestle’s customer account teams.
• Pull data for ad hoc analysis from various sources including syndicated data and internal resources.
