Job summary

Rust-Oleum US Sales is seeking a Sales Analyst for Walmart in Springdale, AR. You will support analytics, monitor OTIF/SQEP metrics, and drive revenue growth through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include analyzing POS, inventory, and financial data; maintaining regular reporting; and collaborating with replenishment and e-commerce teams to optimize distribution and item performance. Bachelor’s in a related field and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/analytics-related field is required.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities with the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Experience with retailer analytics and supply-chain data is preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex data to stakeholders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support Walmart analytics and revenue-growth initiatives.
• Analyze POS, inventory, and financial data for trends and opportunities.
• Maintain weekly to annual reporting including OTIF/SQEP metrics.
• Collaborate with replenishment and e-commerce teams to optimize distribution.
• Create item 360s and ensure WERCs compliance; drive business reviews.
