Movemedical is hiring a Solution Consultant for our implementation team. This client-facing, hands-on role turns customer workflows into working solutions on our platform, from discovery through go-live. You’ll work with customers, engineering, and other consultants to ensure implementations meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing consulting, implementation, or solutions experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong personal organization across multiple concurrent customer projects.
• Tech-savvy with real working comfort in SQL and basic API/integration concepts.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily and evaluating their output.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations with customers and translate into a clear solution design.
• Advise customers on best practices for workflow design, data quality, and system usage.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and engineering, translating requirements into developer-ready tickets.
• Configure Movemedical workflows, permissions, and system settings.
• Investigate customer issues, determine bugs vs. expected behavior, and drive to resolution.
• Write and organize implementation work in JIRA and manage multiple projects.
