Upshop is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support customers through the sales cycle with strong technical and industry knowledge, differentiating Upshop’s SaaS platform to help customers achieve their desired outcomes. You will collaborate with sales and customer success to design end-to-end solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in presales or solutions, excellent presentation skills, and familiarity with retail operations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of solutions or sales consulting experience in SaaS
• Experience in retail operations or SaaS enterprise accounts
• Ability to develop demos, RFP responses, and business case materials
• Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills for executive audiences

Aufgaben

• Engage with customers individually or with the sales team to uncover requirements
• Oversee and advise on the implementation of Upshop platform for customers
• Demonstrate business operations and technical leadership through solution architectures and recommendations
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives with thought leadership and solution approaches
• Extract business requirements and translate them into actionable roadmaps and ROI analyses
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align with Upshop goals and customer needs
