Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and store programs.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and in-store logistics.
• Support stock, planograms, and merchandising; maintain in-stock conditions.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety programs, and company policies.
