Job summary

Michaels in Tampa, FL is seeking a replenishment team member to unload and stock deliveries, assist customers, and maintain well‑stocked, attractive shelves.

Shift flexibility includes early mornings, days, and evenings; you may participate in planograms, POS checkout, rewards enrollments, BOPIS/SFS, and safety programs. This role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and planogram (POG) execution.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and in-stock conditions; complete returns/go back.
