Job summary

Michaels in Lubbock, TX is seeking a team member to help customers, locate products, and provide friendly checkout service. You will engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards while supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and offering solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and store operations.
• Assist with stock replenishment, planograms, and merchandise recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness, in-stock conditions, and adhere to SOPs.
