Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Relocation Manager to oversee end-to-end relocation and move management for multiple retail branch openings and relocations. The role coordinates furniture contracts, vendors, logistics, installation, and site readiness to ensure openings occur on schedule.

The position requires strong project management and attention to detail, with approximately 60% travel to project locations and 100% in-office work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relocation/move management or related field experience.
• Experience managing furniture contracts and vendors, including procurement and installation.
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent relocations with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relocation and move management for multiple openings/relocations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and opening timelines.
• Coordinate furniture contracts, vendor relationships, deliveries and installation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for move-related activities and responsibilities.
• Track costs, schedules, and obligations to ensure on-time openings.
• Travel approximately 60% to project locations as required.
