Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management within commercial real estate (5 years preferred)
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with vendor management and negotiation
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with MS Project, Asana, and Trello

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Oversee all project phases ensuring schedules and financial constraints are met
• Track costs against budget and report variances
• Source and manage external vendors and contractors
• Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality standards and requirements
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Provide regular progress updates, risks, and changes
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
• Monitor performance and guide milestones to completion
• Run meetings to ensure alignment and progress
• Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Address issues promptly with corrective actions
