Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Relocation Manager to oversee end-to-end relocation and move management for multiple retail openings. The role coordinates furniture contracts, vendors, logistics, installation, and site readiness to ensure timely openings.

The position requires strong project management, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle concurrent relocations. Travel is approximately 60%, with in-office standard hours in Los Angeles area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relocation management, move management, facilities, or related field.
• Experience managing furniture contracts and vendors, procurement, delivery, installation, change orders.
• Experience handling multiple concurrent projects with firm deadlines and interdependent activities.
• Strong understanding of new retail openings, relocations, and move management.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules and keep workstreams organized.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executives and field teams.
• Willingness to travel ~60% including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relocation and move management for multiple retail openings/relocations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and opening timelines.
• Coordinate furniture contracts, vendor relationships, PO delivery, installation, and changes.
• Oversee furniture procurement and installation with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Serve as primary point of contact for move-related activities and deadlines.
• Coordinate move-in and installation on site per established plans.
• Track vendor commitments, costs, deliveries, and punch lists through completion.
• Provide regular updates to client leadership on status, risks, and milestones.
• Maintain project documentation and standardized relocation processes.
