Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker II in Indiana-Lawrence to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience. You will grow retail customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive marketing of banking products and digital tools.

In this role, you’ll handle teller duties, open deposit accounts, and work with teammates to meet branch goals while maintaining compliance, security, and a positive, customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback and to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through referrals and outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact and coordinate with partners when needed.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing, account opening, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Explain banking products and digital tools in a clear, simple manner.
