Job summary

Dollar Tree seeks a Regional Human Resources Manager in Phoenix to partner with Store Operations, driving people strategies that strengthen performance and the Team Member experience. You will collaborate with regional leaders to develop talent, improve workforce stability, ensure compliance, and foster a high-performing culture.

The role requires leading succession planning, coaching leaders, and guiding workforce analytics to improve retention and engagement across regions in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a multi-unit retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, talent development and organizational effectiveness.
• Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and build strong business partnerships across multiple levels.
• Experience analyzing workforce data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
