The role reports to the Zone Vice President and oversees financial, merchandising, asset protection, and people performance for all stores in the region, partnering with HR, Real Estate, and cross-functional teams to execute Dollar Tree standards and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive multi-unit retail leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven track record driving sales growth, profitability, and multi-store operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and analytics.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region.
