Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own store remodels, new stores, and special projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while upholding quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, address escalations, and partner with store leadership to maintain progress and meet milestones. The role involves travel across the US, primarily overnight shifts, and opportunities to grow within Walmart's internal career

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track and within budget.
