Henderson Engineers seeks a Program Manager to supervise production staff, manage client relationships, and drive project execution across the practice. You will align resources, guide performance, and support employee development in a matrixed organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sector Leadership, Practice Directors, and client teams to deliver high-quality design and construction services. A strong leadership background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business.
• Eight (8) or greater years of relevant leadership/management experience.
• Proven track record contributing to growth and development of client-focused engineering teams.
• Broad proficiency in engineering design fundamentals and A&E industry knowledge.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in all core competencies as described in this job description.

Responsibilities

• Align resources with projects to maximize labor efficiency and meet client expectations.
• Lead interviews and hiring decisions for production staff and project managers.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to proposals and profitable fee structures.
• Ensure drawings, specifications, reports, and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Foster an engaged, inclusive culture and develop staff through mentoring and training.
