Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Miami seeks a sales leadership professional to recruit, train, and direct retail sales staff to consistently meet daily and weekly lead goals. You will manage performance, schedules, and activities, hold weekly meetings, and provide progress updates.

Training on HVAC-related topics will be provided, with 60-65% of time in the field alongside store managers and SSAs. Competitive compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, with sign-on bonuses possible based on

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and selling skills.
• Two years of demonstrated sales leadership or retail management experience.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret training material.
• Related experience and/or advanced training may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and direct personnel within the retail sales program to meet lead goals.
• Manage hourly/daily associates' performance, schedules and activities.
• Hold weekly associate meetings to inform, educate, and motivate team members.
• Provide individual and team progress updates vs. goals.
• Provide training on technical issues affecting the retail program.
• Create competitive atmosphere with internal contests to hit targets.
• Spend 60-65% of time in the field with SSAs and store management.
• Meet and exceed established departmental business performance standards for leads.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail store personnel and management.
• Meet with store managers to provide performance updates and staffing changes.
• Schedule and implement planned store events with Store Management.
