ARS-Rescue Rooter in the United States is seeking a Retail Program Manager to oversee our in-store HVAC lead generation initiative. You will lead a field-oriented sales team focused on promoting HVAC services, consultations, and indoor air quality solutions across national home improvement stores.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of sales experience, strong leadership and coaching abilities, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience.
• Prior experience managing retail teams or field sales teams preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail sales team responsible for promoting HVAC services and in-store lead generation.
• Manage daily/weekly performance, schedules, and activities to meet lead goals.
• Hold regular team meetings to train and motivate retail associates.
• Provide coaching and leadership support to team members.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase HVAC leads and retail performance.
• Spend 60–65% in the field supporting store partnerships.
• Build relationships with store managers and home services teams.
• Track and report leads, staffing levels, and program performance.
• Organize store events and promotions to boost engagement.
