Responsibilities

• Oversee processing of products to maintain smooth daily flow and maximize sales.
• Supervise production/retail staff to meet goals and ensure product quality.
• Ensure safety and efficiency of processing functions.
• Hire, train and supervise staff for retail division.
• Maintain inventories at approved levels to support sales targets.
• Provide direction to ensure store merchandise quality and quantity daily.
• Prepare daily work schedules for production/retail associates.
• Cross-train in retail management for career growth.
• Perform housekeeping and adhere to safety procedures.
• Coordinate sales promotions and store activities.
• Assist with deposits, opening/closing duties and POS maintenance.
