Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day store operation and production performance to meet or exceed budget.
• Act as supervisor when assigned by Store Manager or Production Manager.
• Produce donated goods in the backroom and present a clean store image with attractive displays.
• Maintain safe and hazard-free back-room and store areas.
• Attend regularly scheduled shifts as assigned.
