Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Retail Production Supervisor to support store teams. You will supervise product processing, ensure timely merchandising, and drive daily sales while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience in light manufacturing, material handling or retail-shipping environment.
• Previous customer service experience including retail, shipping and receiving and/or office duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processing to maximize daily sales and store needs.
• Maintain quality control of merchandise through staff supervision.
• Hire, train and supervise production/retail team成员 to meet goals.
• Prepare daily work schedules for production/retail staff.
