Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate to help move donated goods, sort textiles, and support daily retail operations at our Bulverde/San Antonio location. You will work with a team to ensure efficient processing and friendly donor service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to bend, lift and move items daily.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license if driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers, accept donations, and issue receipts.
• Load/unload donated goods using a hand truck.
• Restock supplies and assist teammates.
• Sort and price donated items; maintain production levels.
• Keep work areas clean and safe; report hazards.
• Adhere to loss prevention and inventory procedures.
