Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate at our Bulverde site to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and prepare items for processing and shipping. The role is full-time with varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays in the San Antonio area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a retail customer service oriented environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers by greeting and accepting donations at donation station.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Supply Team Members with materials by restocking supplies.
• Sorting and pricing of donated items and maintaining clean work areas.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention and inventory control procedures.
