Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, and move continuously through the day.
• For driving positions, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers at the donation station.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Supply Team Members with materials and restock supplies.
• Sort and price donated items and monitor production levels.
• Keep aisles and work areas clean and safe; report hazards.
• Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Assist in safeguarding colleagues and property and report any unethical behavior.
