• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects with a team member when required.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork to achieve mission goals.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance if driving for company business.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers at donation stations and provide friendly service.
• Load and unload donated goods using a hand truck, and sort textiles for processing.
• Stock supplies and assist in keeping aisles and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and routing donated items for processing or storage.
• Maintain loss prevention and inventory procedures and report hazards.
• Support team leaders and managers in daily operations and safety compliance.
