Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers, accept donations, issue donor receipts, and sort items.
• Load/unload donated goods using a hand truck and move items to required areas.
• Supply team members with materials and reload supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and report hazards to supervisors.
