The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods store in Chico, CA is hiring a Customer Experience Associate. You will engage with customers, ring transactions, maintain a clean, organized selling floor, and support loss prevention and safety standards.

You will be cross-trained to assist in multiple areas, work a flexible schedule, and contribute to a positive store culture while delivering a highly satisfactory shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications
