You may be cross-trained to support various store areas and uphold standards across operations, merchandising, and loss prevention. Responsibilities include processing transactions, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and contributing to a safe, productive store culture.

• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to adapt to directions or unexpected situations.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and team.
• Support and embody a positive store culture with honesty and respect.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow procedures.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
• Provide and accept feedback and recognition.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
