Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor per standards.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
