Job summary

Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Processor for the St Peters Store - Harvester to support daily operations and customer service. You will handle donations, sort items, inspect quality, price items, and maintain store cleanliness while delivering excellent shopper experiences.

The role offers an hourly full-time schedule with a monthly bonus potential and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• No degree is required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handles all donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donated goods and purchased goods into categories: sales floor, seasonal, online sales, outlet, and trash, according to guidelines.
• Inspects donated and purchased goods to distinguish quality for sales floor, recycling, and online sales.
• Identify and price items within AMI pricing guidelines.
