Job summary

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is hiring a Retail Processor at the Arnold Store. This hourly, full-time role supports donation processing, merchandising, and customer service, helping drive our mission, "Changing Lives Through the Power of Work." Primary duties include sorting donations, pricing items with AMI software, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing positive customer interactions.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of working with a diverse team.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handles all donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donated and purchased goods into categories per guidelines.
• Inspects items and identifies those for sales floor, recycling, or online.
• Prices items using AMI pricing software per guidelines.
• Maintains store cleanliness and stock organization.
• Provides positive customer service interactions in person and over the phone.
