MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking an energetic Retail Processor to join the Chesterfield store. You will handle donations, sort items, price goods, and maintain store cleanliness while delivering friendly customer service.

This hourly, full-time role offers a starting rate of $15.50 per hour, with a monthly bonus up to $250, and comprehensive benefits. No degree required; HS diploma preferred; opportunity for growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred; no degree required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse work population.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handles all donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donations and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Inspects items to distinguish quality and determine placement (sales floor, online, recycling).
• Identifies and prices items using AMI pricing guidelines.
• Maintains store area cleanliness and stock levels; works quickly and accurately.
• Provides positive customer service interactions in person and over the phone.
