The position is hourly, full-time with benefits and a monthly bonus up to $250. No degree required; HS diploma preferred. Candidates should be organized, capable of working quickly, and able to work with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Communication with coworkers, customers, and management is essential.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse workforce.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Inspect goods to distinguish quality for sales, recycling, or online.
• Identify and price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain high quality and quantity while working quickly and steadily.
• Stock, straighten, rotate, and clean the store area.
