You will foster collaboration, drive store performance, and maintain a fun, results-oriented retail culture. Direct a team to achieve key metrics while providing excellent customer experiences.

You will connect with customers, coach associates in service excellence and consultative selling, and leverage Salesforce to manage relationships, grow sales and ensure margin goals are met.
