Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking Print Supervisors to direct a team in selling and delivering total print solutions that help customers achieve their print and marketing goals.

You’ll foster a collaborative, team-oriented retail culture while driving results and customer satisfaction. In this role you will coach associates on service excellence, utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships, and lead store performance with a focus on profitability and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
