Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Print Supervisor to lead a team in selling total print solutions and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will drive customer engagement, coach associates on service excellence and total solutions, and leverage Salesforce to grow relationships while maintaining community focus. This role requires flexibility and teamwork in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience directing a team and supervising others.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Comfort with computers and basic office software (Word, email).
• Retail or service industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and build relationships to provide print and marketing solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction through engagement, quality and community focus.
• Coach associates in service, selling and total solutions.
• Lead and develop a team focused on operational excellence and profitable sales.
• Consult with customers to offer options and drive sales per transaction.
• Use Salesforce.com to manage customers and outreach.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
