Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will engage customers and teammates to deliver legendary service.

Ideal candidates have retail/merchandising experience, are 18+, and can read, write and count. Shifts vary, and the role emphasizes safety, attendance, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
