Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly. The role emphasizes legendary customer service while collaborating with team members and serving customers.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (circulation, price cuts, managers' specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• As needed, perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
