Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking an experienced pharmacy leader to guide and develop a high-performing retail pharmacy team across multiple sites. You will drive patient care, service quality, and operational excellence while partnering with leadership to manage budgets and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes staff development, performance management, and strategic growth, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and customer service in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited school.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Organize retail pharmacy activities to ensure quality service.
• Interview, hire, orient, schedule, discipline and counsel staff.
• Coordinate annual evaluations for technicians and cashiers with Lead Pharmacist.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and daily financial reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement new retail pharmacy startups and expansions.
