The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, implementing new retail initiatives, and ongoing process improvements to support Mercyhealth’s mission and patient care goals.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail pharmacy experience as a practicing pharmacist.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Responsabilidades

• Organizes retail pharmacy activities to ensure quality service.
• Interviewing, hiring, orientation schedules, discipline and counseling of technical staff.
• Oversee annual evaluations of technicians and cashiers.
• Monitor financial performance and budgeting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement new startup initiatives.
• Collaborate with hospital pharmacy as appropriate.
