Mercyhealth is seeking a pharmacy leader to manage a busy retail pharmacy operation across Illinois and Wisconsin. You will empower staff, oversee daily operations, and drive financial performance and service excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance and a patient‑centered approach.

The role requires a PharmD/Pharmacist license, 3+ years of retail experience, and strong computer and accuracy skills. You will supervise technicians and collaborate with hospital pharmacy teams to support

• Pharmacist license and eligible for licensure in WI and IL.
• Retail pharmacy experience (3+ years) required.
• Strong computer skills and high accuracy essential.

Responsabilidades

• Organizes retail pharmacy activities to ensure quality service.
• Interviewing, hiring, orientation, schedules, discipline and counseling of staff.
• Works with Lead Pharmacist on evaluations of technicians and cashiers.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and ongoing staff education.
• Manages daily financial data and monthly reporting; monitors budgeting and purchasing.
• Coordinates with hospital pharmacy as appropriate.
