Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Organizes retail pharmacy activities to ensure quality service.
• Interviewing, hiring, orientation schedules, discipline and counseling of technical staff.
• Evaluates technicians and cashiers with Lead Pharmacist.
• Encourages ongoing education and tracks said for all staff.
• Compiles daily financial data for monthly reporting to accounting and monitors financial performance.
• Budgets and fiscal planning for the department; purchasing of supplies.
